Small hotel with all modern amenities, well interiored rooms. Hotel has a capsule lift but no restaurant of its own. Only bad thing is they do not provide any blankets in non ac rooms n there r too many mosquitoes in room as it had a big hole in its netted window. On complaining still they did not provide blanket, very wrong n not appreciated at all as staff was adamant.

The room was sufficient, and relatively clean and quiet. It is located about 100m from the railway station and about 500m from the metro which is a huge bonus, making the rest of the city a bit easier to reach. The staff in the hotel were relatively helpful and kind, even though their English does sometimes get a bit overstretched, the communication does work. If you are not interested in paying the huge prices in Fort Kochi, this is a good enough alternative, the ferry is walkable or near enough to the end of the metro that you can reach Kochi in about half an hour.

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, modern and clean. The WiFi is fast and reliable and the location is perfect, on a quiet street right next to the train station and not far from shops. The staff are great and always on hand to help out. Overall, really great place to stay, we would return.

Wenn man nicht unbedingt nach Cochin selbst muß, sondern nur mal eben eine Zwischenstation macht, dann ist das "Spring Field Billets" in Ernakulam uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes, preiswertes Mittelklasse Hotel für Inder, die sich nicht mit dem üblichen Touri - Standard zufrieden geben, aber Preisbewusst sind. Das Bett ist groß mit bequemer Matratze, das Bad ist sauber, Steckdosen gibts zur Genüge und Internet funktioniert auch. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar an der North Railway Station, wo man Tickets erwerben kann, und Restaurants gibts zur Genüge in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Hotel nuevo bien ubicado pero eso no es suficiente...llegamos y habían 2 cucarachas en el baño...la limpieza no era la mejor...a la mañana siguiente a las 6 de la mañana comenzaron a hablar fuerte y niños gritando sin que nadie hiciera nada...así hasta las 8 de la mañana..eran locales...no tiene desayuno... El chico que lo atiende es muy amable pero no alcanza..
